We Provide
Taekwondo
Taekwondo is more than just a sport — it’s a path to personal growth and development. It builds physical strength, improves coordination, and boosts endurance. Children become more active, confident, and disciplined through regular training.
This martial art teaches respect — for the coach, training partners, parents, and oneself. Kids learn self-control, responsibility, and patience, which helps them not only in training but also in school and everyday life.
Taekwondo also develops leadership skills, perseverance, and a strong sense of purpose. Every new belt is earned through hard work, motivating students to become better every day.
For children, Taekwondo is an opportunity to unlock their potential and grow stronger — both physically and mentally.
Gymnastics
Gymnastics is the foundation of a child’s physical development. It strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, balance, and coordination. With regular training, the body becomes stronger, more agile, and more resilient.
But gymnastics is not just about the body. It teaches discipline, focus, and perseverance. Children learn to overcome fears, work toward their goals, and believe in themselves.
Training in a team setting builds communication skills and confidence, while performances and competitions shape character and create unforgettable memories.
Gymnastics helps develop good posture, healthy movement habits, and a lifelong love for physical activity. It’s an excellent base for any other sport — and for an active, healthy life.
Athlete in USA
At the initial stage, the main task of the "Athlete" Center in the United States will be to promote and develop taekwondo and gymnastics in preschools and elementary schools in Los Angeles. The project will first be implemented in private educational institutions. After gaining positive experience and receiving favorable feedback, the plan will be to expand the program into public schools.
Athlete in Russia.
The Physical Development Center "Athlete" was founded in 2014 with the goal of encouraging young children to engage in sports and identifying the most gifted athletes at an early age.

Over 10 years, "Athlete" has grown from a small club into a large sports center operating in three regions of Russia. Now the center is developing sports such as taekwondo, gymnastics, soccer and chess. More than 2 thousand children are constantly trained under the guidance of 40 coaches.

The center has repeatedly received regional grants and subsidies for the implementation of various sports programs. In 2017, the "Athlete" project "Sports Within Reach" won a nationwide competition funded by the Presidential Grants Foundation. The project's goal was to create favorable conditions for preschool and primary school children to engage in sports.

Good afternoon. The coach is simply excellent! My child has become more disciplined! I am very happy that you were able to add sections right at the kindergarten. This saves me a lot of time and provides the child with opportunities to develop in various areas! Thank you, Roman Alekseyevich!

As a mother, I would like to express my gratitude to Artem Anatolyevich for his attentiveness and professionalism. My son enjoys going to classes. Thanks to football classes, he enjoys going to kindergarten. I am especially pleased that the classes are held in kindergarten, the coach himself takes him to classes and returns him to the group. At home, we notice how agile our son has become and how well he plays with the ball. Thank you very much, you make life much easier for us, parents, and give joy to the children. We will only go to you.

Our kindergarten has been cooperating with the "Athlet" Physical Development Center and personally with Suren Martunovich for 6 years. Thanks to the implementation of the "Sport Within Reach”, the children of our kindergarten regularly engage in physical education and sports within the walls of their own kindergarten. In addition to regular physical education classes, the kindergarten gym was equipped with the necessary inventory and special flooring, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the children during their lessons.
